Class Cancellation Policy
Most of our classes fill quickly, so there is often a wait list. Classes held at the Carolina Pearl, LLC studio, Fera’wyn’s in Holly Springs, NC, and other venues as noted in the registration, adhere to the following cancellation policy:
- If you find you need to cancel a class you have registered for, you must do so by emailing Marilyn@Carolinapearl.com or calling 919-473-6285. NOTE: Cancellation requests will not be accepted by any other means.
- When feasible, allowance for a reschedule may be offered. Late notice cancellations require considerable processing and labor to fill the reserved seat. Therefore, cancellations under 7 days are non-refundable.

- If a cancellation occurs 8 or more days prior to the start of a class, a 75% refund of payment will be issued with 25% of payment assessed as a processing charge.
- If a cancellation occurs less than 7 days prior to the start of a class, a refund cannot be issued unless the space is filled. If the space is filled, a 50% refund of payment will be issued.
- A 50% deposit is required at the time of registration.
- A refund may be issued to the same credit card used for original payment (allow 2 – 10 business days for the credit to post to your account), or by a check from Carolina Pearl, LLC. The method of refund is at the discretion of Carolina Pearl, LLC.
- NOTE: Classes at Arts Centers, Art Councils or other educational facilities have their own registration and cancellation policies – please familiarize yourself with them.
