Classes are a fantastic way to learn more about jewelry making. In Carolina Pearl classes you can create your own beautiful one-of-a-kind pieces of jewelry.
Work directly with Marilyn as she shows you the ropes and helps you understand the extraordinary details of jewelry making. Learn important tips that will save you time and money.

COVID classroom policy for Carolina Pearl, LLC Studio: Masks will be worn by students at all times. Hand washing must be done before you come into the classroom and during a break. Students must sit 6 feet apart and there will be limited hand to student’s project/design contact from the teacher. Anyone that has been feeling ill should not attend class. Class size is limited to 8 students age 12 and up.
Beginner Jewelry Making
Learn how and where to get started along with purchasing supplies. What tools will you need? Helpful tips surely to save you time and money. You will design and create 1 necklace using a pendant and beads. This is a hands-on class. Select your materials kit upon arrival. This class is all you need to get your creativity flowing. Make a treasured necklace to wear proudly. All supplies included. Everyone makes a different design. This class is 3.5 hours with short breaks. $60.00
Intermediate Jewelry Making
In this intense and more advanced class, you will make either a double strand or long single strand necklace with a striking pendant made of class, clay or stone. Using your skills from the beginner class, this is the perfect experience for the budding artist who wishes to increase their skills and creativity. This class is smaller and you will learn advanced techniques. Have fun, make new friends and explore your talents further. All supplies are included and this class is 3.5 hours. We take short breaks. $75.00
Earrings Trio
Have fun in this class while you learn the fine art of making earrings. You will make a total of 3 pairs. The last pair will be in Sterling silver with a beautiful pearl and a Swarovski crystal of your choice in color. This class is 3 hours with short breaks. $60.00
Illusion Earrings
Make a gorgeous pair of earrings in this fun and focused class. You will use pearls, Swarovski pearls and some beads and Swarovski crystals. You will be using practice wire to learn the technique and lots of Sterling silver. This class is small and you will have practice time too. Make and take your new trendy earrings. All supplies included. Class is 3 hours. $75.00
Cupcakes and Crafting
Have a ton of fun at an awesome local chocolate café while you learn and create. Fera’wyn’s is the perfect spot. Great opportunity to make new friends and explore your newest creative interest. We break for coffee/snacks half way through. This is a glute free café, no outside food allowed. Learn how and where to get started along with purchasing supplies. What tools will you need? How do I sell my jewelry?
This is a virtual (online, live) class. Learn what you need to get started selling your jewelry. Many topics are discussed such as pricing, marketing, competition and more. Learn from a master designer. This class is $50 and is 2 hours.
