In the rare event that a return/refund is requested, we have a 7-day return policy. This means that you have seven (7) days after receiving your Carolina Pearl, LLC merchandise to request a return.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused and in its original packaging.
- To start a return, you can contact us at 919-473-6285 or send an email to Marilyn@carolinapearl.com.
- If your return is accepted, you will be required to ship it back at your expense within 3 days of approval.
- To be clear, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
- If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded using a company check. Please remember it can take some time it to arrive.
